Started by innovative leaders Leisha Osburn (CEO) and Amanda Ritchey (COO), who have been in the field for many years, NGN’s goal is to be your partner of choice in providing cutting-edge remote Neurodiagnostic services without boundaries.

Leisha Osburn

Chief Executive Officer
Founding Leader & Veteran
Leisha has over 40 years’ experience in neurodiagnostics and began her career in IONM at Bethesda Naval Hospital. She started the first neurotelemetry program at IU Health in Indiana that utilized real-time continuous monitoring 24/7 by REEGT back in 2009 and most recently developed and oversaw cEEG services for another remote monitoring company. Leisha is a past ABRET Board member, a past ASET President, and is a frequent speaker for ASET and other neurodiagnostic societies. Leisha is driven to find uniquely tailored solutions for all NGN partners.
Amanda Ritchey

Chief Operating Officer
Founding Leader & Veteran Spouse
Amanda has over 18 years’ experience in the neurodiagnostic field. She along with Leisha, helped start and successfully run another remote cEEG company for 5 years. Amanda is a past ABRET Board member, is currently on the NeuroAnalyst Exam committee and the CSET Board of Directors, and is a frequent speaker for ASET and other neurodiagnostic societies. She is committed to developing an inspiring workplace culture, built around trust and teamwork and is passionate about best practices and standardized EEG Terminology.
